Recovering Learning Losses after the COVID-19 Pandemic

In the ASEAN region, schools shut down for an average of 30 weeks, affecting at least 140 million children and youth. Over 2 full academic years were lost for an estimated 35 million students. The most disadvantaged children fell further behind because of lack of access to digital resources.
